Posted on Wed, 24 Sep 2014
Question: I do suffer from depression and take medication. Abilify was added and help much. Also helped me to gain 22 lbs in a month, PLUS $350 for 30 days of pills. Husband died of cancer 3 years ago, youngest son had stem cell transplant due to cancer and simply has not to this day recovered. He is now on total disability. Selling my home to move to Az to be closer to kids. Put the brakes on that 10 days ago as I LOVE where I live here in the Adirondacks and just plain want to stay here near my friends and my church. I grew up here and tho I have traveled much I have considered this HOME. I think maybe I am stressed to the XXXXXXX I love my DOCTORS that care for me. Worried about heart attack or stroke.

Brief Answer:
Live where least stress

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

It seems that you are under stress. You should live at a place where you would be least stressed.

I will tell you whatever I personally think about your situation. The thought of moving and the process of moving to a new place can be stressful for anyone.

Firstly I will advise you to check with your family at Az if they are comfortable about accommodating you. How much can they accommodate? For example in times of bad health, financial crisis, etc. Their reply will make your decision easier. Maybe before selling your home, you go and live with them for a while. This will give you an insight.

Secondly you will find a church there also with similar people attached to it. Thus you will be able to make friends in your community there.

Thirdly health conditions may happen anywhere. Don't preplan about them. You never know what health condition you will get (if you get any). I am not sure why you are worrying about heart attack or stroke. If there is no such medical history then don't worry about it and live your life.

So whereever you live, be at peace with your self and take life as a game (don't take it seriously). Live in the present moment without thinking much about past or future. You will be OK.

Hope it helps.
