Suggest Treatment For Depression, Abdominal Pain And Sleeplessness

Question: Is no endocrinologist where I live.husband has dementia and I do not drive. Need consult to help me decide what to do. I have gained weight ( gastric bypass 15 yrs.ago) have stayed the same weight TIL last year. Extremely tired, more body aches &pains ,face stays broke out, right foot is hard to walk on as it seems its hard to feel the bottom by toes.the right side of foot seems to fall over like I'm walking on top of last three toes.toe nails are are wearing,pushed down. Stomach seems extended some trouble urinating.can go just have to squeeze down a lot. Legs and ankles swell more than usual. Just exhausted. Never feel like I have slept. .even when I have had the chance to get out to tired (wanted to go to movie with friend just could not motivate myself.) I have had a left nephrectomy left adrenalectomy(cancer 5 yrs. ago) hernia repairs colon(illeoceco?valve removed tumor pre cancer) had mesh removed from 5 surgeries fluid leaking in abdominal cavity, breast reduction ( intercostal nueralgia chest wall stil have some pain left abdominal stomach) hemochromatosis,Addison's , severe dry mouth causes problems with teeth. Get migraines. Polio as a child. I wear braces to back of knee as my ankles are weak and need the support. I'm 66 and have suffered from severe depression at times, but my depression now seems like I really want to do something but , because I feel so tired and achie I just want to lie down. I get constipated or opposite if I eat sugar from G.Bypass.avoid that . legs just ache like deep inside. It wakes me. I'm do to have surgery for the pain in lower back and the pain shoots from groin area down left leg. But the other pain is like aching and nothing , helps. Just laying down.tinnitus is getting worse. Told nothing could be done avoid Iburprofin.It's in both ears all the time. Quiet time is crazy time in my ears. So silent prayer is difficult. I wear a low volume am radio with ear plugs to help even when I'm sleeping. Whew. Never done this before. That's more than a few mouth full. XXXXXX
