Brief Answer:
This can be edema

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I do not think that this dent in your shin suggest some disease. This can be due to two reasons.
1.Myoclonus- it can be a local spasm of the muscles, also called Myoclonus. It is usually for very short time.
2.It can be pitting edema or fluid in shin. This is due to prolong standing, hypertension.
I would suggest you to watch if this sucking of muscles happen again. If yes than you need to check your muscle health, blood pressure.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
