Brief Answer:
Dose adjustment could help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted your husband's diagnosis, current problems and medications.

Why was Mirapex stopped? Was there an adverse effect due to that? If there was no side effect, it may be restarted.

Also, for dementia, donepezil or rivastigmine , along with memantine may be added.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
