Delayed ejaculation

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

"As" per your clinical history is concerned you have delayed ejaculation.delayed ejaculation can be transitory or a perennial problem.possible causes of delayed ejaculation include certain chronic health conditions, surgeries, and medications.Treatment for delayed ejaculation depends upon underlying conditions only.so it is divided like :-

a)perennial & acquired

b)Generalized & circumstantial

your doctor will find underlying causes after analyzing your case in this basis.

You require few tests before visiting your endocrinologist like-[fasting blood sugar, testosterone level, urine and ECG]

Do check your drug history in detail if any drug is causing your problem tell your doctor to adjust the doses.Medications which we conventionally prescribe our patient is [buspirone]and it is an anti anxiety drugs.sometimes delayed ejaculation is due to some psychological problem like depression so do visit to a psychotherapist and he will rule out it.

Hope that helps
