Question: hi Iam not able to ejaculate during intercourse...wat could be the reason.iam able to ejaculate during masturbation..we are planning for babies.please suggest

When one is unable to ejaculate during intercourse as against normal ejaculation while masturbating is due to what is called as Psychological Inhibition and Anxiety.

Consult qualified Psychiatrist for counselling .

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

is it called delayed ejaculation.... every time I am not able to ejaculate during intercourse...because of this I'm afraid of intercourse and like to masturbate only

You are afraid of ejaculation itself proves that it due to anxiety .

You have to modify your act of intercourse .After penetration perform to and fro movements for couple of minutes and withdraw your penis and ask your wife to stimulate your penis with her hand or oral sex and once you are fully hard penetrate again and continue your to and fro movements till you ejaculate .

You have to learn this by trial and error but it helps in most of the cases of ejaculation problems which are functional in nature and due to anxiety .

generally how much time it Will take for ejaculation during intercourse....iam taking more than 30 minutes but still could not ejaculate and my wife getting frustrated... during intercourse will the girl knows whether we ejaculated or not?

Woman do feel sensation of man getting ejaculated due to rhythmic contractions of Bulbo Spongiosus muscle of penis.

my wife says that she feels wet but I don't feel that I ejaculated..is it precum...I can't sense orgasm but tip of the penis has some fluid....will ejaculated semen comes out from the vagina all the times...also is the quantity of semen ejaculated during intercourse will be same as masturbated?
