Suggest Treatment For Delayed Ejaculation
Question: I have had delayed ejaculation for about more than three years now and the amount of semen I ejaculate is nothing or a couple of small drops. I have Multiple sclerosis though. What can I do?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are known to be suffering from Multiple sclerosis and now facing problem of delayed ejaculation and scanty ejaculation since last 3 years .
The quality of erection that improves after taking Sildenafil(Viagra) or Cialis is due to direct action of these drugs at local level on arterioles in penis which dilates these arterioles to get filled with blood flow resulting in to getting hard erection .
Where as ejaculation and orgasm is very complex process and depends upon the intact communication between brain and spinal cord .In multiple sclerosis this communication is lost due to damage to neurons by way of demyelination of myelin sheath which results into deranged neuro physiological response necessary for ejaculation and orgasm.
Unfortunately there are no medication that can cure these problems .
If you do not get satisfactory erection after taking Viagra or Cialis you can start taking intracavernosal injection of Alprostadil (Caverjet ) .This works very well and helps to achieve hard erection sustained for longer time and to have enjoyable sex .This does help to get ejaculation and orgasm .
