I think you are getting late by unnecessarily taking some medicines which will never work in increasing the sperm count.

Varicocele once known must have been operated the moment you knew you have it. Timely operation does help.

I would suggest the Following:
To find a General Surgeon or Urologist, get physical examination done and repeat the semen analysis again to confirm. Please discuss in detail and insist on a classical caricocelectomy operation. Just clipping the testicular vein in the abdomen does not help to improve the counts. It has to be a surgery where the mass is removed and the testicle is bit elevated.
Scrotal support- just to elevate the scrotum- not to be compressed.
No tight underwear, Pants.
Avoid hot places.
Have a scrotal bath with cold water from the tap (not iced), you can sit in the tub or a bathtub. All these things to try to reduced the temperature of the scrotum and the testis. For a normal sperm production the temperature of the testis has to be 2 degrees less than the body temperature.

Your Surgeon will also look for other causes.

You should get the surgery for Varicocele as early as possible.
