Brief Answer: radant-i/avarta cream with sunscreen and moisturiz Detailed Answer: Hello dear, Welcome again. For dark circles , topical creams like radant-i cream/ avarta cream are available in market which can be applied twice a day. Chemical peels are the lotions which are not available over the counter. The procedure is done by an expert dermatologist as on OPD procedure. The sessions are usually scheduled every 10-14 days depending on the patient 's condition and doctor's opinion. For face, you may apply a good sunscreen with SPF atleast 30 to be applied in morning every 2-3 hours over whole face liberally. You may use a mild depigmenting cream like melaglow cream in night time over face for improvement of texture and pigmentation. Along with if your skin is excessively dry, use a good moisturizer regularly after washing face for making the skin smooth and supple. I hope i am able to solve your query. If you have further query , you may ask me, else you may close the discussion and kindly rate it. Good luck.
