Brief Answer:
Allowing the lesion to heal and sunprotection should work best

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam

Welcome. I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Dermatologist

I have alaysed your query and will be helping you get over the problem

For someone attending with me in person, I would provide following suggestions:

1 The recurrence of scabbing, the black hard part signifies that there was oozing which dried up to assume this state. So, the first thing is that one needs is not to touch the area.

2 Application of Clindamycin or Mupirocin locally as cream or gel will let the healing proceed faster

3 Sun protection is important because sun rays make the area darker and damage the skin. This can be used by twice a day application of sunscreen SPF over 40 to all exposed areas.

4 Antioxidants like Vit C are additional aids for fast recovery

Once the lesion is healed, there are other possibilities to lighten pigmentation that may or may not be required in particular case.

I request you to make the best use of the information and experience improvement. I will guide you if further information is required.

Best wishes
