If you have generalized dark complexion all the body the chances of it improving is long term and far.
If you have only the face darkening you should first look for reasons for it. There are some medical reasons which needs to be investigated. Sun light is big thing that darkens the exposed areas like face.
Use SUNBAN spf 30 before you go out in the sun. Use cooling shades when you go out.
Use Kozyderma soap only for face twice a day.
Tab EVION, one tablet a day for one month.
