Question: Small cyst like dark lump lower lip and seems to fill when I bend over. Like gravity is filling it up. No pain eventually flattens out stayin same size smaller than early pea .there for months

This does not sound like anything serious. It sounds like a cyst or enlarged blood vessel that gets engorged when you bend over.
I suggest that you have your doctor or dentist look at it the next time you see them. You just want to make sure that it is not a growth that needs to be removed.
From the way you describe it, it sounds most like a cyst. Those are usually benign, but can be removed if you choose to have that done for cosmetic reasons.
