Brief Answer:
Please go to the emergency care in hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.

You did not mention the size of the cysts. On ultrasound did they say that it is just poly cystic ovary or do you have large cysts in the ovaries?
Since your pain is not relieved with analgesics , I advise you to go back to the emergency room. If the ultrasound has shown ovarian cyst (and not poly cystic ovary) then may be the ovary has twisted compromising its blood supply. That is causing severe pain. In this case you need urgent surgery.
If ultrasound has shown poly cystic ovaries then pain could be because of appendicitis ( infection of appendix) or kidney stone.
All these conditions may cause vomiting in addition to pain. Do you have vomiting?
You need to be examined by doctor urgently to get the right treatment.

If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer

Brief Answer:
You may be having intestinal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to know that pain has reduced.

If you are gradually improving, there is no need to go to bigger hospital. If you write the size of the ovarian cyst/ upload ultrasound report I will be able to help you better.
You need to go to bigger hospital , if you have
- vomiting
-persistent soreness
- large ovarian cyst.

Blood in stools indicates infection. You need to be prescribed antibiotics. Consult your doctor for the same.

If you have any further queries, I wil be happy to answer.
