Brief Answer:
seems muscular cause mostly.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
I think it is muscular pain mostly.
But need to know few things first.
1. Before how much days, you have checked your thyroid function test? As high level of thyroid hormones can cause muscle cramps.
2. How much is your weight?
3. Do you have any stress or anxiety?
4. Do you smoke?
In my opinion it seems muscular pain mostly along with GERD ( Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease ). But need to know answers of above questions, so that I can guide you properly.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
no need to worry much.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question.
Thanks for the information.
I think this is mostly GERD and muscular pain mostly. But it is always better to be cautious and rule out cardiac cause first. So I will suggest you get an EKG. If ECG is normal then no to worry much.

It is muscle related chest discomfort mostly.
As you plan for EKG, you may try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid movement s causing pain.
4. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
6. avoid stress and anxiety. Avoid spicy and hot food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals. Take proton pump inhibitor if needed under guidance of a local doctor.

Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
