Brief Answer:
Candidal posthitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar(Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
Perhaps you have a yeast infection of prepuce i.e candidal posthitis. Candidal infection of this region usually presents as itching, swelling, cracks and difficulty retracting prepuce.
If i was the treating doctor I would suggest an oral antifungal e.g tab. fluconazole 150ng once a day for 3 days. Topically I suggest you to use a combination cream containing a topical antifungal and a mild topical steroid, 2x for a week e g either a cream containing clotrimazole 1%+ beclomethasone dipropionate 0.05% combination Or a cream containing clotrimazole 1%+ hydrocortisone 1% combination.

Regards
