Great news - no leakage. Then did ABG again. Now up to 61. About this time I feel and bradly broke my leg. I was down for almost 6 months. Lungs began to clear. Once in a hike a flair but nothing like urns day night. My question was I in a life threatening situation. Should I have immediately gone to hospital. What kind of windo do I have. Brief Answer:
Yes, you should definitely consult pulmonologist as soon as possible.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should definitely consult pulmonologist as soon as possible.
You are mostly having bronchitis.
And you need PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
You will mostly improve with long acting inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
If clinical suspicion is there then we should also rule out pulmonary embolism in your case.
So better to consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
