Posted on Tue, 7 Jun 2016
Question: Hello, I am having alot of symptoms and I cannot tell if they are related. I have a respiratory infection because There is alot of mucus in my chest and I have been coughing, I have a terrible tension head ache which I am seeing a chiropractor for, 2 times a week for the next 2 weeks to try to fix it. But I also discovered a small white hard mass in the opening of my vagina about a week and a half ago. I was smaller than the top of a thumb tack. but now I am experiencing discharge that is off white and very creamy for the last two days. I am also extremely nauseous, but I cannot tell if it is the pain in my back that is causing the nausea or my illness or the genital problem.

Brief Answer:
Need work up and management accordingly.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Cough and mucus can be an inflammation, an allergy or a respiratory tract infection. Work up like radiograph, blood picture will sort out. Supportive care with anti tussive meds and anti inflammatory medications will help and if infection is suspected prophylactic use of antibiotics would be wise.

Hard mas sin the opening of vagina for a week or two is likely a clogged sebaceous pore or nabothian cyst. More considerable is the whitish discharge and the nausea symptoms as these point towards genital tract infection. My suspicion is either Yeast or BV infection. I would suggest considering vaginal swabs and urine routine exam and treatment accordingly . Good coital and toilet habits and good hygiene measures will help.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
