Brief Answer:
Need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Secondary bacterial infection is the most likely possibility. Common cold is a viral respiratory infection. It will get resolved within 1 week also. But if secondary bacterial infection occurs then it can last longer.
Do you have yellowish phlegm or nasal discharge?
Do you have breathing difficulty?
Whether fever is present or not?

In case of secondary bacterial infection antibiotics will be needed. I would suggest antibiotics like Co-amoxiclav in such case. It is a prescription drug and given in dosage of 625mg twice daily for 5 to 7 days.
Over the counter medications like advil cold and sinus can be taken also.
You can do steam inhalation with inhalent capsules like karvol plus , take chewable vitamin C tablets like Celin or Citravite , take tea with lemon and honey and warm soups.

Let me know If anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
