Brief Answer:
Not all cases of DVD need surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

The treatment options of Double vessel disease can be approached through both medical and surgical measures.

Double vessels is managed surgically only in cases where stent placement is not possible Or is ineffective in the following cases.

1.Left main coronary artery is involved.
2.Greater than 70% obstruction in proximal LAD vessel.
3.Large part of surviving myocardium in high risk DVD patients.

In the remaining cases, medical management or stenting is advised.

Along with the above drugs like anti hypertensives, antiplatelets, low molecular weight heparins are also indicated if respective of the procedure being medical or surgical.

Regarding the health Scheme you mentioned Aarogyamitra, there is facility in Apollo Hosp, available for few selective cases, based on the criteria designed by the local bodies of concerning state to offer eligibility for claiming insurance.
You need to consult them in person.Criteria may vary from case to case

Generally you can claim insurance in your case under aarogyamitra.

Thank you.
