Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Your child needs around 12 hours of sleep at night and around two hours in the day time.
Do not worry about her walking as many kids walk as late as 16 months.
Is her development normal otherwise?
Does she crawl or walk with support by holding some object?
Regarding constipation, few dietary modifications need to be made.
What is her daily diet schedule can you please describe so that I can suggest changes.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care

Detailed Answer:
Yes, totally she is getting around 12 hours of sleep, which is alright.
She can sleep for a bit more in the night time, maybe one hour more.
Also, what kind of milk are you giving her ?
I think the fruit intake should be increased.
Banana should be given more.
Also, more of vegetables with fibre if she is able to chew.
She should be drinking water also at this age with a sipper.
Lack of water also may lead to constipation.
I think she is not taking enough milk.
Increase the milk to atleast 250 ml each feed time.
Take care.
Please feel free to discuss further.

What kind of milk are you giving her ?
If you have recently switched to cow's milk from breastmilk, that can be a reason.
Try diluting cow's milk if recently changed.
Does she have a bowel movement once in 3 days atleast, then she is not constipation, do not worry.
Try and increase the vegetable and fruit content, as lack of fibre can lead to constipation.
Take care.
