Suggest Treatment For Constipation In A Person With Multiple Myeloma

Question: My Dad is 82 years old, diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma recently but opted out chemo therapy..now on herbal supplements like guyabano leaves (boiled), coconut water and Rx supplements for bones, RBC, and kidney. Any suggestions for constipations?, food or herbal that he can eat or take? Please help!

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He has multiple myeloma and taking herbal treatment.
For constipation he should take green leafy vegetables and plenty of water. 1 or 2 teaspoon of isapgul powder along with water or milk at night is very helpful in constipation. Continue with your other diet and supplements.

Alternative options for multiple myeloma are bortezomib treatment or stem cell transplantation.
