Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Hemorrhoids During Pregnancy
Question: I am in 9th month of my pregnancy. I am having constipation inspite of having 6-8 glaases of fluids, salad, sprouts, iron capaule CoeHb plus & isabgol at night and walking for 20 mins everyday.
Due to constipation, there is problem of haemorroids as well.
Kindly advise.
