Question: I have suffer constipation and gastric trouble. In take water also problem.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Constipation is very common in our modern life and is generally due to our bad lifestyle.
One can take care of constipation and gastric trouble by adopting following methods....
Drink plenty of water.
Do regular aerobic exercises for 30-45 minutes a day.
Avoid junk foods.
Limit alcohol.
Take plenty of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Take ISABGOL husk 10-15 gms with one glass of water every day.it will provide Fiber to your diet.
Try avoiding laxatives as they are habit forming and once you stop taking laxatives,rebound constipation strikes back more vigorously.
Try eating small portion in night and make sure to eat 2-3 hours before going to bed.
These methods would take some time to act properly but once your system adopts these changes,then your constipation would be resolved for always.
