Brief Answer:
Very strong possibility of Sinus infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX. Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic.

I see that you've been suffering from : 1) Pain and Headaches for ?5-7 days?
2) Recurrent Fever for he same time?
3) Heaviness in your head '' '' ?
4) BUT NO COUGH or RUNNY NOSE.

Am I correct? If I have missed anything please correct me.

Fever points to an infection. Given the localization of your pain and headaches.. It seems like it could be an infection in your sinus. It may not be that of course, if you have neck pain and body pain as well.. then there is a good chance you could be suffering from simple Flu.

If its a sinus infection... then you need antibiotics.. no two ways about it.

In the UK.. the only way you can get those abx is by getting a prescription from a doctor. If you don't have the correct papers... then you need to go to an ER.. they will find some appropriate measure.

The worst thing you can do to yourself is NOT go to the doctor. If i'm wrong and it's just the flu.. or some other harmless infection.. then you'll be fine.. But if it is a sinus infection.. then it could spread and cause you quite alot of trouble..

The best way to make that determination is get examined by a doctor and get an x-ray of the sinuses done (Skull x-ray 'Waters View' as well as Skull AP & Lat).

I'm sorry if my advice causes you difficulty.. but its the same advice i'd give my own family.. Please let me know if there is any other way I can help.

Vinay
