Suggest Treatment For Congenital Curved Down Penis

Question: I have congenital curved down penis . it is about 25 degree curved down . Do you think it makes problem while having sex ? so should i take a surgery for it ?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts and photograph that you have uploaded it appears that you have curvature of penis noticed since birth.

This is mostly due to disparity between length of Tunica Albugenia a sheath that envelopes erectile tissue (Carpora Cavernosa).

Normally in such cases treatment which involves surgical correction is advised only when patient has difficulty in penetration of vagina during sexual intercourse..

Your Penile curvature seems to be less than 25 degree , hence I think that you will not have any problem in performing the sex.

If you face such situation it can be corrected by surgery .

How can i test my penis if it is work not but without having a real sex ?

Is there any way to do this , any stuff that i can use like a vagina ?

Doctor .. Actually i got congenital peniline surgery . It was worse before..just after the surgery , during the recovery time it was 100% straight but after that i lost some stitches top of my penis then i got this curvature.

I asked my doctor and he said it is risky to get another surgery. So.
1-)what should i do at this point ?
2-)Finding another urologist to fix this curvature ?
3-)should i take another surgery just for redesign the stitches on the top of penis or full surgery ?

Thanks for follow up Having look at the photograph of your erected penis I am of the opinion that you will not have any problem in penetrating vagina during sexual intercourse with female partner. Hence I would advise you refrain from going for second surgery of correcting the defect which is acceptable and very minor.
