Brief Answer:
Management & Approach of Cold urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern and after reviewing your case history I'm of the following opinion:

1. since it is related with weather thus could be acquired cold urticaria due to dry skin or else consult a Dermatologist for the same.

2. try to find the causative allergen? [food/environment/drug]?
PS. possibility of weather is more since rashes doesn't appear at home

3. one should go for routine blood investigation(s) to rule out any secondary infection like:
blood sugar, serum bilirubin, blood urea,WBC count

4. since the symptoms are occurring in this season thus I usually manage my patient(s) on the line of "UDARD" skin disease and manage as follow:

A. DIET:

TAKE: old brown rice,green gram,garlic,cucumber,old ghee,mustard/neem oil, amla,pomegranate,honey,turmeric,light diet.

AVOID: newly harvested rice,black gram,radish,sour/heavy/slimy/cold food, sugarcane,jaggery,salt items [namkeen,namkeen biscuits,chips, popcorn, sauce, chutney,pickles], day time sleeping,excess physical exertion,curd

B. fry some garlic pods in mustard oil and massage with that oil

C. haridra khand: 3 gm with lukewarm water
. mahatikta ghrita: 10 gm twice daily.
. ras sindoor: 125 mg
XXXXXXX mirch churan [black pepper powder]: 2 gm
ajowain: 1 gm............................ with jaggery
