Suggest Treatment For Cold Induced Persistent Severe Cough

Question: I keep having a cough all the time. Cold air or excercise some times makes it worse. It gets so bad some times i vomit. How do i stop it?
Some times it is productive. I have been to a allgery clinic but they said i had no allgeries.
