Brief Answer:
You can safely take the medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on this platform

I can understand your concern.
Altracet contains cetrizine a class one antihistamine.
Various research studies have shown that it can be taken safely by a lactating mother as very small amount of the consumed medicine gets excreted in milk which does not causes any harm to the baby. In my personal experience also I have not seen any noticeable side effect when taken in proper dose for short duration.
So you can take this safely without causing any harm to the breast fed baby.
I would suggest you to use mask most of the time when you are close to the baby and to maintain proper hand hygiene also to prevent the spread of infection.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
