Question: Question for Dr Ratnesh Pandey - My neighbour's sons are 3 year old and 6 years old. They have cold and cough - not too severe. Phlegm from nose is slightly yellowish. Occasional coughing. They are able to sleep well as such. they are also taking Influenzinum 200 for a week. The younger one recovered from pneumonia about 3 weeks ago. Would you recommend any medicines for them?

I am suggesting some medicine you can start as prescribed.
1 XXXXXXX Bich 30 6 pills three times in day
2 Pulsatilla 30 6 pills three times in day
3 Ammonium Carb 30 6 pills twice in day

Give the following medicine to both the children.
Continue the medicine for 15 days.
Medicine will remove all the cough from lung once all the infection id removed they will be alright.
Medicine is safe to use for children.

Adv. Steam therapy. take hot water and inhale the hot steam
Keep giving Influenzinum 200
