Suggest Treatment For Chronic Stomach Pain With Diarrhea

Question: my son has chronic stomach pain with diareah for 2 yrs strait...had every test done know to mankind and nothing....hes become dysfunctional an is even tried holistic medicine he cant go to school i have seen every specialist there is

h e had endoscopy,colonoscopy, mri, ultrasound, food allergy testing, barriatric test, has seen holistic chiropractor/nutrisionist, blood work,stool sample, now it looks like my last resort is anxiety medicine????

and he keeps losing weight cause food puts him into severe attacks

he is taking a probiotic and berbemycin some prilosec and pedialyte

I have gone very carefully through the details provided. It is quite clear that your child is suffering from malabsorption and indigestion. While the stomach pains are occurring as the body is striving to digest the food items, the undigested or semidigested matter in the intestines is attracting and absorbing water and causing osmotic diarrhea. Under such a circumstance the offending agent needs to be identified. It could be lactose, gluten or certain other food principles. Attempts need to be made to identify it and to eliminate it from the diet.

I need to ask you whether the following tests have been done:
Quantitative IgA antiendomysial antibody or quantitative IgA antitransglutaminase

If not, get those done and please share the reports.

he just had food allergy testing and was not allergic to anything

he has been tested for celiac's disease in the past...we see his doctor again tomorrow...i dont know what test is left to do

complete blood work up, stool samples, endoscopy. colonoscopy, crones disease,celiacs disease, ultrasound, mri, all food allergy testing,barriatric test,and the list goes on and on.. XXXXXXX also has severe tactile disorder which he has been in occupational therapy for for years...when he was younger about 2 to 3 he had severe ear infections and the ear nose and throat specialist put him on amoxicillin for an entire month which could possibly be why he has these stomach issues now. today they want to put him on anxiety medicine? im at a total loss so i guess we will try it and have the tests done that u recomended if he hasnt had them already but im sure he prob has...but ill do it again...he is literally dysfuctional and cant go to school

thank you saw doctor today they r doing more bloodwork and sending him to childrens hospital in XXXXXXX to specialist also would like to try putting him on zoloft which im not real happy about so we shall see!
