Brief Answer:
Hormonal problem likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The thickness of the endometrium can be due to the polyps or hormonal imbalance. The thicker endometrium is the cause of heavy bleeding that you are having.
Low levels of thyroid hormone and increased prolactin further adds to the problem. Both these decrease the chances of spontaneous conception. It is best to get your hormonal imbalance treated first with the help of an endocrinologist and then try for conception once you get normal regular periods.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Do consult an endocrinologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Your excessive bleeding and delay in conception both are likely to be due to hormonal disturbance. It is right step to consult an endocrinologist. Once the hormonal imbalance is corrected then you can conceive normally.
