Brief Answer:
You are having allergic rhinitis with PND.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query, reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having allergic rhinitis with post nasal discharge (PND) causing chronic Laryngitis. Voice Overuse aggravating Laryngitis.

If I were your treating Doctor, I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily,
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily, Plenty of fluids,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination tablet at night,
tab Esomeprazole in morning,
Paracetamol for pain.

Avoid dry throat while singing and keep sipping water in between to be keep hydrated. Don't overuse or misuse voice.

Investigation needed is videolaryngoscopy or stroboscopy.

There is no need for surgery in your case now.

Hope it is helpful to you. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
