Also as per my observation is that my neck muscles are vey weak. when sleeping, if my neck is not properly positioned, then there are more chances of head ache & neck ache, other day

Brief Answer:
Please consult a Neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I have read your query; I am sorry about your health concern.

Having headache once in a while is normal but having it since last 25 to 26 years is not normal.

Yes, you definitely need to be seen by a Neurologist. We need to find out if there is any organic cause for your headache. For this, a CT or MRI scan of the brain would be required.

With reference to your headaches linked to neck position, I strongly feel there is a probability of Cervical Spondylosis. An MRI of the cervical spine can confirm its presence or not.

Initially, it is better to consult a Neurologist and go ahead accordingly. Meanwhile, I suggest that you do not use any pillow for your head while sleeping, and sleep straight as you have mentioned.

Let me know if you have more concerns.

Regards,
