Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1.You are reporting to have chronic gastritis on two endoscopies. I would like to know if you have done the biopsy or breath test for H.Pylori infection. If yes please can you upload to me your reports. If you have not done please perform them.
2.At this situation I would recommend to :
- use PPI's drugs like Pantoprasole
- use antibiotics if H.pylori is present at you.
- avoid spicy and chilly foods
- avoid unnecessary stress
- avoid fried foods
- avoid fast foods,, try to use foods home cooked
3.With regards too sparkling water and other carbonated drinks I suggest to avoid using them at your situation.

Hope it was helpful to you.
