Brief Answer:
chronic fatigue

Detailed Answer:
is best described as a symptom rather than a condition of itself. It may occur from being infected with a chronic infection. In the first world HIV, hepatitis, and less well categorized infections; in the third world tuberculosis, malaria, and worm parasites would have to be considered.
Can be blood pressure issues. IN the first world, there is a condition in which the regulation of blood pressure is not quite right and the blood pressure falls.. producing the fatigue. This is most common in young, thin women and is testable by looking at the regulation of bloood pressure when it is disturbed by moving someone off of their feet to remove tension in the legs (TILT TABLE TEST).
Can be a sign of depression or anxiety also.
