Brief Answer:
Unfortunately you have refractory UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and lab reports that you have posted it appears that you have been catheterized with self indwelling catheter since 2008 and has been getting repeated episodes of UTI. Now it has turned out to be Chronic UTI refractory even to antibiotics detected sensitive as per sensitivity report .

In a given situation and considering the long term need for drainage of bladder I would suggest you to consult your Urologist and explore putting a Supra Pubic Catheter (SPC) to drain your bladder .This will help you to get relief from burning and pain in urethra.

In the mean while take antibiotics as per culture report

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
