Question: I am attaching my reports .please go through the same and suggest remedies. Since my liver is derranged. Also give your overall comments

As per your reports there is a problem with cholesterol and Liver function.
So please follow instruction to improve Liver function and Reduce cholesterol

Have to Avoid.
1. Limit fructose, fried foods and processed foods containing trans fats or hydrogenated oils
2. Avoid Alcohol or take occasionally. (already you are following)
3. Be careful with medications
Taking medications in improper doses, for too long, or mixed with other substances, such as alcohol or other drugs, can harm your liver health.
4. Avoid smoking
Smoking may harm your liver’s ability to effectively process and remove toxins from your body. It can also make alcohol-induced liver health disease worse.

To Do
1. Eat organic foods as much as possible
2. Increase fruits, vegetables and other liver health boosting foods in your diet
3. Take Garlic in Food and raw form also. Garlic helps your liver activate enzymes that can flush out toxins
4. Eating or drinking grapefruit juice can help your liver flush out carcinogens and toxins. This fruit is also high in both vitamin C and antioxidant properties.
5. Beets are high in plant-flavonoids, which can improve the overall functions of your liver. take regular as green salad.
6. Leafy greens like spinach and lettuce have the ability to neutralize metals, chemicals and pesticides that may be in our foods, and act as a protective mechanism for the liver
7. Green tea is full of plant antioxidants known as catechins, which have been known to improve the functions of our liver.
8. Turmeric has been known to help our bodies digest fats and stimulate the production of bile. It can also act as a natural form of detox for your liver. You can take turmeric in food and as adding in milk also.
9. Walnuts are also high in glutathione and omega-3 fatty acids, which help support our liver through its cleansing process. Daily 2-3 nos. Walnut is beneficial.
10. Exercise. Walking and jogging is best exercise for you. Also you can swim.

Yogasan and Pranayam also give you benefited as
1. Paschimottnasana
2. Chakrasana
3. Sarvangasana

Pranayama for 10 minutes.

Grapefruit you mean grapes? Walnut is akroth you mean? Any other fruit? Or veg? Garlic ..can I take raw garlic anytime? Can I just swallow it? Tell me more remedies for healthy cholesterol and liver.
Can I go thru Ivf cycle?
Doctor suggested udiliv and urcasol ...should I take that?

1. Grapefruits means grapes
2. Akroth
3. you can take raw garlic any time but if you find gastritis you can take it with meal
4. In paste form of Garlic is more advisable.
5. you can go through IVF(In Vitro Fertilization) , but I like to share you that you should have to try for Ayurveda treatment before IVF, it can make your liver function more powerful and it can make more receptivity of womb for success IVF.
5. You can continue udiliv and urcasol.
6. Please start the following remedies for cholesterol
Capsule Lasuna ( Himalaya) 1 capsule thrice a day
Capsule Liv 52 HB 1 capsule twice a day.

You can continue both remedies through out the treatment.

How can I make my liver powerful thru ayurveda? How many walnut should I have? Also can I eat almonds. Any other treatment in ayurveda fir concievein or via ivf can get positive results. And asans that you have mentioned how to do that? Also suggest for concieve in pla.

1. For liver I have suggested remedies and as well as food too. Please follow all things.
2. Walnut and almond both can take 3-4 piece per day.
3. For Conceiving through Ayurveda is possible in major conditions, you need to consult for that for Ayurveda Infertility expert and There are medicines and Panchkarma treatment for that. It depends on your fertility history and cause.
4. For Asanas; if you find any instructor its better, otherwise you can get help from youtube or another videos which can teach you asanas which I have suggested.
