Suggest Treatment For Chlamydia

Question: If someone is diagnosed with having chlamydia and treated for it but about a week later they have sex are they capable of transmitting the disease if so won't it prolong they symptoms in the person that was treated for it?

Based on the history you have shared, and the query, if person is completely treated with full and complete dose of antibiotics as been prescribed, and infection is resolved effectively and no clinic signs like discharge, fever etc are left, then their isn't any chance of transmission.

With that in mind and a second test done that comes back negative would that mean at the time intercourse happened that it wasn't transmittable
