Brief Answer:
likely gastric discomfort

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and I understand your concern. Chest pain with no ekg findings is unlikely to be the cardiac problem.
The nature of the pain and it's radiations and aggrevating and relieving factors all point towards either a musculoskeletal or a gastrointestinal origin.
A simple musculoskeletal spasm due overactivity may have caused it. It may be a sequelae of the recent flu or cough if any.
Other likely possibility is of gastric discomfort like gastritis or acid reflux. Gall bladder pain due to either stones or infection / inflammation may be the same way presented.
There is only one way to know. Start elective management with muscle relaxants antispasmodic and antacids and modify diet and lifestyle by avoiding alcohol, beverages, stimulant like tea coffee etc and see if it helps. Lose weight if high. And meanwhile run some labs like abdominal ultrasound and pancreatic and liver function test to rule out any pancreatic or gall bladder involvement. You may take some antivert for dizziness.
Keep the diet fluids for a while and follow it by fibrous and easily digestible one. See if it helps.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
