Suggest Treatment For Chest, Back And Shoulder Pain

Question: I'm 26 years old,
I have Mitral Valve and i have chest pain, back pain, left shoulders pain, and sometimes before i sleep i can't get enough oxygen i get the feeling that i don't have any oxygen in my body and most of the time i feel tired and no energy and there is a sound in my ears, and sometimes i feel my heart beat is all over my body especially in my fingers, and all this happens sometimes to me and sometimes no which let me have a psychology problems. i want to know if all what i feel is normal and its from the Mitral Valve or its from something else.

Since you have severe mitral regurgitation your symptoms are related to mitral valve lesions especially chest discomfort and dyspnea.

If you were my patient I would recommend to take diuretics to relieve your symptoms and to consult a cardiac surgeon about the possibility of mitral valve replacement.
