Brief Answer:
possibly cervical spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.I think I may be able to help you.

The symptoms that you have mentioned are suggesting that we can be dealing with cervical spondylitis.
In this condition, the bones of the back are sliding over each other, commonly due to disc abnormality leading to muscle spasm and nerve compression.

This causes symptoms of pain and numbness in the affected nerve area.

Suggest that you get Mri of the neck for confirmation.

Medicines like pregabalin and physiotherapy may help.

Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
