Brief Answer:
MRI cervical spine/Spinal exercises/Medications-as follows.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Kalia,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have told you that exact nature of the cervical spine for the severity of disease needs to be determined with a Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of cervical spine. So,please get a MRI cervical spine done and follow-up.

Meanwhile, the management of symptoms should continue with the following medications-
Tab.Pregabalin 75 mg twice a day
Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg once a day
Calcium and vitamin D supplementation

But,the most important and the key step in the management is -strict regular dedicated cervical spine exercises. Please visit a Physiotherapist with good knowledge and reputation and take lessons of cervical spine exercises from him. Then,do these exercises regularly at home.

Medications and exercises will surely,be of great help.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some follow up questions,I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
