Suggest Treatment For Cellulite Deposit On Butt And Legs

Question: I noticed when I raise my arms up high, there are about 3 indentations on each side next to my breasts. I am about 90 lbs overweight. It looks like the cellulite on my butt and legs. What could this be?
Could it just be fat separation?

Yes it can be fat which is getting indented but still I would suggest you to go for an ultrasound to rule out any tumor.
You mentioned its appearing on both the sides.
This suggests that it's harmless as tumors are usually unilateral still it's better to go for ultrasound.

Ultrasound of what? Does it look serious? We have no insurance right now. Would it be ok to leave alone? I am overweight.
No lumps. I'm thinking fat separation/indentations.

Looks just like cellulite.
