Brief Answer:
Surgery

Detailed Answer:
My Dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Cataract is treated by surgery only. There are no other solutions in the long run.In young people like you the growth of cataract is rapid.Instead of wasting time and effort in finding any alternative therapy concentrate on finding a good surgeon who will operate well and resolve the current medical problem of vision. I am not too sure but operated candidates are not barred from appearing in civil services. I am sorry about the unfortunate condition. Find out where medical requirements do not include cataract surgery and apply for those posts. Go through the medical prospectus carefully.
please do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.

My dear,
thanks for getting back to us.
Thre is no established eye drop as yet there is some research going on and there is some success on rats, but all this will take a lot of time to come to the level of commercial availability. At the moment current plan of action is to have surgery, which with the present state of knowledge the most accepted norm.It is a safe and simple surgery with excellent results.
