I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having Carpal tunnel syndrome. It is probably not responding to rest and analgesic. In patients coming to my clinic I found injection triamcilone 40 mg locally in carpal tunnel with very good results in patients not responding to rest and analgesic. You can consult Orthopedic surgeon for applying injection. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
