Brief Answer:
Callous needs topical treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Callous formation is a normal process of hyperkeratosed and dried up skin at the pressure points where skin compresses againt some bony surface.

If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you Triamcinolone acetonide ointment to apply on the callosity 3 times a day continuously, until the skin softens up and is healed properly.

If you feel medical treatment is no more working for you, and it bothers you much, you may consult a general surgeon to remove it surgically. But I don't think you will need it.

The numbness on little finger of the same side is not an issue of medical concer. Back walking hasn't been so normal for the little finger to bear all that stretch and pressure. Its due to exhaustion and once you give it a proper rest it normally resolves. Its like we get a temporary numbness and weakness in thumbs due to excessive use of XXXXXXX phone.

Hope it helps and I answered all your concerns. If you have further questions, let me know. If satisfied, please give a five star rating and close the discussion.

Have a wonderful time ahead.

Best Regards!

You need special shoes for your feet. It will all match the shape and curves of your feet. Consult an orthotics and prosthetics specialist today and he will examine the feet.
