Brief Answer:
Bunion or callus

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam/sir

Welcome to healthcaremagic.

I understand your concern. I read your question carefully and after analysis came to two provisional diagnosis;

1)Callus(Tyloma)- Thickening of skin after exposure to repetitive forces in order to protect the skin.

Generally if this the case there is nothing to worry unless it is painful, which requires treatment.

2)Bunion-A bony bump at the base of the big toe, a bunion causes that toe to deviate toward the others.

This can be very painful due to pressure or arthritis, and may also lead to corns. Pain relievers, pads to cushion the bunion, custom shoe inserts, or surgery may help, as well wearing roomy shoes and avoiding high heels.

If your query still needs further clarification. you can always ask more questions and upload a picture of the same.
Hope i was of help.
