Brief Answer:
Silver sulfadiazine will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query.I advise in such condition with silver sulfadiazine cream for local application. It will take some time for the scar to disappear as your skin is fair.If there is too much inflammation or pain then you should consult your doctor as antibiotics might be required. If you have not taken tetanus prophylaxis then you should get one also.
Later on after healing if there is persistent scar, then you can use honey for local application or anti blemishing cream for getting rid off scar.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
