Brief Answer:
You need evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.

After going through your question, I can understand your concern.

Whatever symptoms you have mentioned are most likely due to claudication.

It is due to vascular insufficiency (inadequate blood supply to exercising muscles).
During exercise there is a need for increased blood supply to exercising muscles.

But due to atherosclerotic changes in blood vessels there is decreased blood supply to exercising muscles which is insufficient to meet extra demand during exercise.

That's why muscle become fatigued after certain degree of exercise and there is pain. Pain subsides only after rest.

You should consult your doctor.
There is a need for detailed clinical Examination.
Depending upon it there may be need for Ultrasound Arterial Color doppler of lower limbs.

Also it is advisable -
- Strict Diabetes, blood pressure control.
- Use of statin for Cholesterol control.
- Use of anti-platelets like aspirin, clopidogrel after consulting your doctor.
- Avoid smoking.

Hope I have answered your question.
I will be happy to answer your follow up question, if any.
Otherwise close the question and rate the answer.
