Posted on Wed, 5 Aug 2015
Question: I'm still having problems with my legs, a few days after I shave I start getting a shaving rash and my skin feels really irratated and feels like it's burning. I've tried different creams and nothing's seams to work. Tips on shaving would be good too please. I find this really embarrasing and never want to have my legs on show, I.e wear shorts, dresses etc

Brief Answer:
Please upload a photograph and related information

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
I really appreciate your concern
Looking at your description it's quite obvious that you might have developed inflammation of the hair follicle or skin due to allergy or infection.

Please upload me a photograph for better assessment of condition

Here I would like more information to help you better
What all kind of ointments you have used ?
Is it raised above the skin level or within the surface?
Do you feel burning sensation?

In my opinion you should wash it with antiseptic soap or solution and keep moist.
you can apply calamine lotion if it is not infected,
Please be careful for the next time when you shave, use the hair removal cream after a sensitivity test.

Please revert back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately.
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Clean it properly and continue with fucibet ointment

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
Wash it with soap and water and apply fucibet ointment
Dermal lotion and sudocrem can be applied later when it starts healing
Here I would advise you to take anti allergic or anti histaminics pills to reduce inflammation

Let it heal naturally
Please don't manipulate much
Avoid contact with allergens or friction with clothes

Hope this helps you
Best wishes
